Data Protection Declaration of Kunsttrans Spedition GmbH

The protection of your personal data is very important to us at Kunsttrans Spedition GmbH. We treat all data transmitted to us as strictly confidential and handle it responsibly. We regard this as a special duty of our company in accordance with legal and contractual obligations, in particular on the basis of the provisions of the applicable data protection laws.

Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit our website for information purposes only, personal data is collected which your browser transmits to our servers for technical reasons. When you view our web pages, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary in order to display the web page to you and to guarantee stability and security (iSd Art 6 (1) lit f) first sentence DSGVO), including traceability in the event of errors and sustainable troubleshooting:

  • Visited websites
  • date and time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Website of the incoming request (source/reference from which you came to the page)
  • Browser used incl. language and version
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

Log files are created for this purpose, the collected data serve to prevent and remedy illegal use of the website content, to improve the website and for statistical evaluations.

For statistical evaluation of visits to our website, we use the free web analysis software Advanced Web Statistics. You can also find information on this at http://www.advancedwebstats.com. This software is used to evaluate the log files that web servers create on the basis of website access. No cookies are used. The statistical evaluation takes place via the log files, which contain the IP addresses, date and time, browser type and version, operating system of the computer and the website of the incoming request. The log files are automatically deleted from the server after 10 days, the data is made anonymous and stored on this server in the form of anonymous web access statistics for the duration of operation of the website. In contrast to other statistical programs, the Advanced Web Statistics web analysis software does not use cookies and does not transmit any data to an external server. The software is installed on our own and rented servers located in Austria and no data is transferred abroad. If the website is deleted from our servers, the anonymized data of the web analysis software are also automatically deleted.

Logfiles

The web servers operated or rented by Kunsttrans Spedition GmbH store log files documenting access to the individual web pages with the date, time and IP address of the visitor. The log files are stored for 30 days and then deleted.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored in the memory of your device with which you use the Internet, assigned to the browser you use. In order to make the use of our web pages more effective and user-friendly, cookies are stored on your device when you visit our web pages, whereby information can also flow to us (depending on the cookie). Contact via email, letter, telephone or fax

When you contact us, the data you provide (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, if applicable, case-specific data) will be stored in order to answer your questions, process your request quickly and thus get back in touch with you. The data arising in this context will be deleted unless a contract is concluded between us and as soon as storage is no longer necessary or data processing is restricted to the legal minimum if statutory retention periods are provided for. Data transfer

Data that you send us in the context of a newsletter registration or with an information request via the contact form or through other specific form fields or registration or registration masks on the respective website will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose of the survey. The data arising in this context will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary. If data processing is continued, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and storage will be reduced to the absolutely necessary duration. Social media plug-ins

Our website can provide a connection to social networks using social media plug-ins. These plug-ins are initially disabled when you visit our websites and do not transmit any data to such services. The selected service then receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. Use of Google Analytics

Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to provide this service.
